This is the last course of leisure freediving. In this course you will be able to take part in the freefall, considered by many the best part of freediving, whilst consolidating the knowledge previously acquired. So you can enjoy descending into the sea, focusing on relaxation and equalising.
This course has been designed for freedivers already certified that wish to learn how to descend to deeper lengths, perfect their technique and plan their own training.
With this course you will become a professional in the freediving world, being able to assist in lower level courses and teach part of them.
You will also learn the equalising technique that is used by elite freedivers along with all the knowledge necessary to challenge yourself.
At Vertical Freediving, we help you uncover and transform the mental blocks that hold you back in freediving.
What seems like a physical limit —trouble equalizing, feeling anxious, or getting stuck at a certain depth— is often an unconscious protection mechanism.
In this workshop, you’ll learn to release those blocks safely and mindfully, regaining control and confidence in the water.
